Wouldn't surprise me if that's been sitting vacant for eons, with the same ad running the whole time. If I'm not mistaken, the Tokyu Den-en-Toshi line hasn't been called the Shin-Tamagawa line since about 1999. Might explain the bubbly price a little...

Hey, for only 1.2M yen, that's $10,8932.46 USD, you get "Wood and Reinforced concrete" house (insulation not included) with three, yes "3 storage closets." Whoopie!
Oh and they want a "Deposit: 4 month's rent" that's more than $43,000 in real money. :P

The city for all intents and purposes is the yamanota line there are 2 or 3 places on the yamanota line.
Yamanote Line numbnuts...
and to quote a previous statement...I also like the 12,000 a month apts in Tokyo as well...and I threw away that money laundering program I got off the guys who starred in that movie Office Space....stupid me.
