Looking for Tokyo digs--check this out

I recently ran across this site (http://www.housingjapan.net/eng/) and thought others might find it interesting.

Maybe someone here can enlighten me. Is Tokyo rental housing really this expensive?

Most of the properties listed on this site seem to be premium ones. Not all apartments are this expensive. Also the further you are away from the big main stations the lower they go.

Cool site.. But holy shit, the places are expensive.. Looked at some 'apartments' in the Shibuya area; 630,000 ~ 930,000 A MONTH!
