Room in Suginami-Ku, 10 min's bike ride from Kichijoji

Postby freddyjasper » Mon Sep 03, 2007 10:48 pm

Available from October 1. Long term renters preferred, please.

A vegetarian non-smoker is wanted to share a large house with me - a female Australian English teacher and photographer.

The room is a large, airy, parquetry-floored room with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to a lovely garden with grass. It's about 13 mats in size.

The house is fully-furnished, with all mod-cons and wireless internet, and the room has some furniture in it too: a double futon, shelves and hanging rack, floor couch and table, TV and misc lamps and stuff (including a bike). (All yours for \10 000)

Deposit of one months rent (\75 000), and all utilities extra.

2 lines are close by - the Chuo line (Nishi-Ogikubo station is 15 mins walk and 8 mins by bike) and the Inokashira line (Mitakadai station is 10 mins walk and about 4 mins by bike), and Kichijoji is 20 minutes walk, or 10 if you're riding. Close to Inokashira Koen, 3 supermarkets (including an international shop), a post office, dry-cleaners, bars, etc etc etc. It's a lovely, quiet area with lots of greenery.

You can see pic's up at craigs list: http://tokyo.craigslist.org/roo/412638322.html

Yeah, there must be at least 2 or 3 "vegetarian non-smoker[s]" who are looking for an apartment in Tokyo.

What if I only eat meat that has turned green due to being well-past the expiration date? However, the cigs are non-negotiable. If the world wants to continue spinning, I must smoke.

If a cannibal eats only vegetarians, can he or she be considered a vegetarian?

On a side note, can you remove the gamey taste and texture from human carcasses by soaking them in milk as with lamb? Nobody's seen my ex in quite sometime now and fingers are starting to point at me, anyway...got some meat to chop up in the kitchen.

Watched Saigo no bansan (The Last Supper) a couple of weeks ago,
the gore and acting is so ridiculous it's hilarious :D

Are you kiddin'? Years of being out in the sun has really weathered their skin. I like crispy, but it's also gotta be juicy. Obaasans are good, marinaded in Ginza, the meat just falls right off the bone.
Plus, it's impossible to get rid of all the toe jam and navel lint, which can really throw off the ambiance of the stew.
