There are a few others:
http://www.daijob.com/dj/en/index.html

http://www.jobdragon.com/index_e.asp

http://www.careercross.com/en/

http://www.jobsinjapan.com/

http://www.tokyoconnections.com/

What's wrong with GaijinPot? I've heard mixed reviews, but no one seems to have specific reasons for not liking GP..

Enjoy!

Don't forget the Big One --- the print edition of the Monday Japan Times.
Also the less useful is the online Japan Times Jobs
http://job.japantimes.com/index_e.php

It is very tech loaded but also don't forget Tokyo.craigslist
http://tokyo.craigslist.org/jjj/

Here are a few Japanese recruitment sites catering for a variety of industries and skillsets:

CDS Consulting
http://www.cds-consulting.com/

Japan Jobs Guide
http://www.japanjobsguide.com/

Tokyo Connections
http://www.tokyoconnections.com/

Asiaco
http://jobs.asiaco.com/japan/

Asia Net
