Can anyone wager a guess as to how difficult it might be to find a job as a chef/cook in a decent restaurant in Japan? I have about a years experience working in a very respectable French/International restaurant, so I'm not talking fast food or Denny's-esque type places.

Definately not considering it as a long time job, but more of a way to get back over there for a period longer than a tourist visa.
