Description: Reporting Directly to the Asia Pacific Recruitment Director (based in Tokyo), this role supports all administrative aspects of BearingPoint's Asia Pacific regional staffing & executive recruiting efforts. Frequent contact with senior management and regular access to confidential information require that the person hired have excellent communication abilities.

This role offers advancement into direct recruiting, recruitment research, and HR functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English and Japanese ability, reading and writing inculded
- 2 to 3 years HR/Admininstrative and/or market research experience

Prefered Qualifications:
- understanding of IT and/or consulting jobs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record managing and coordinating
- Ability to interact with executive level management
- Ability to gather and report significant data to management
- Ability to research candidates for roles in the Asia Pacific region

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for Recruiting functions as required in Asia Pacific
- Coordinate communications for recruiting days/events, coordinate and organize advertisments in Japanese and other Asia Pacific print and net media
- Develop and prepare reports as requested by the Recruitment Director.
-Code resumes for submittal to Recruiting data base
- Create requisitions in data-base in order to match resumes to current position openings.
- Conduct searches within internal and external databases for potential candidates for review.
-Schedule interviews as requested for senior management
