Postby patsensei » Sat Apr 15, 2006 11:06 pm

Because of licensing issues, buying out an existing small kindergarden from a retiring teacher-owner would be smart move. There is often no way for a kindergarden owner to retire---it's a tough job and hard to do after the age of 60 for teacher-owner.

How to find such a deal is impossible for me to say but I know there are kindergardens for sale. I sadly had to help close two kindergardens because their aging gaijin owners died (of overwork) before they could sell the business.:-|
