Audio Post In Japan

Postby brokephones » Fri Jun 23, 2006 11:38 am

I was wondering if anyone here is working in post production for media such as television, film, or related media in Japan? I am just finishing up my training at The Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology with experience with sound effects editing and design for some animated cartoon projects and have also scored a television pilot that deals with asian cuisine. I have also been to japan a few years back as a high-school exchange student for a year.

What sort of prospects are there for foreigners working audio post in Japan? I would appreciate any insights on this topic.
Thank you!
