URGENT - HR Manager wanted

Postby ckawai » Thu Jun 21, 2007 5:06 pm

An agency is looking for a Human Resource manager for their client to be based in Japan.

This is an URGENT request.

Required:

Fluent english and Japanese (at least a JLPT1 for Japanese). I reckon that FGs are english native anyway but in case your Japanese friend is interested in this, At least a 850 and above in TOEIC.

Experience in HR work in Japan in some large corporation, like Fortune 500 companies or listed companies in Japan.

Because of the urgency, I'm offering 10000 yen for the introducer if the one you introduced clinch the contract. This is no joke at all.
Please contact me at 080-3419-4100 or ckawai at t.vodafone.ne.jp if you have anyone who might fit the picture. To be honest I'm getting desperate here as it has been a week and nothing is found yet. Please, give me a few minutes even you or your friend might not feel like leaving the present position.

Thanks a lot for reading.

Sorry, I don't know anybody but it is good to make it worth somebodies while.

..and they wonder why we think they're human spam ... bi-lingual HR Manager will take home around $80k/yr plus expat package - bumping it to over $100k. The recruiter will take 30% of the first year's take. And they're offering $100?? for us to do THEIR job??? Hmmmm....

1,000,000 yen is a more realistic finder's fee. Now, considering it's urgent and they're desperate, let's say 1,500,000 yen.

Nice first post, not.

Come on guys.. lets give him the benefit of the doubt. He may have really meant 100,000 and that would be more reasonable.

It seems like a legitimate job offer so it may be of use to somebody out there.

I`m not about to recommend this to anyone, because, you haven`t given us any details to work on. What is the salary, where is it based etc. Are you really looking for someone?
