Currently I am outsourced via 2 different companies (not 1 but 2).
I have seen the billing by the company #1 and know the salary that corresponds to this billing. This company is taking 30-40% of the total billing.

Not that there is anything wrong with this company but that is too much and I want more. I imagine they are getting half of my salary for nothing... and I have been here 1yr +.

There is another guy who has outcourced himself to his own company.
I have not talked w/him yet regarding this but I will. But in the meantime is there anyone else that has experience doing this?

I know that now you can create a Yuugen (limited Partnership) Company with little or no money. With this can you outsource yourself? Do you need special licence to do this?
Any ideas?
