The Osaka Obachan Mannequin goes on display in bars, pachinko parlours and shops as part of the Osaka Minami Art Festival. Modelled on the actress who featured in Chubu area CMs highlighting the sceptism of the Osaka Obachan (and, consequently, the low success rate of the "ore ore" fraud in Kansai).
