Woody Allen's 1966 "What's Up Tiger Lily" (clip above) redubbed new English dialogue onto the Japanese film "International Secret Police: Key of Keys". Hot Pepper magazine uses the same device in reverse for a series of TV commercials promoting their coupon service:
