And you thought lolcats were the ultimate feline meme! Try to wrap your head around this. In Japan, a calico was born who was named Meme (full name Memebon). Her human mom launched a website chronicling the little ones life with adorable pictures. Soon Meme earned her name, becoming an online sensation and spawning two books, a series of accessories (tote bags, mugs, and even stamps featuring the kitteh's pawprint), and fan art. In late March a site in the states discovered the Japanese sensation and introduced Meme to the West. Soon Cute Overload covered the, well, cute overload and the meme circle was completed.
