Film/Video Footage License:
1. Owner herby grants to ____________________ and its related entities and their repective successors, assigns and licensees, (herein "PRODUCER") the right to incorporate the Images described above, including all sounds and music, exclusively in connection with the PRODUCER's film or video production ("production") of ______________, and to use and authorize others to use the Images so incorporated in the Production in all or any part of the Production in all markets and media (whether now known or hereafter devised), throughout the universe, inperpetuity.
2. Owner warrants and represents that Owner has the right to grant all rights granted herin and PRODUCER's use of the Images as permitted herein will not infringe on the rights of any third party. Owner will indemnify and hold PRODUCER harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and expenses arising out of any brach of the foregoing warranty.
3. Owner agrees that it does not have the right to seek injunctive relief to enjoin or restrain exercise of the rights granted to PRODUCER in this Agreement.
4. The parties to this Agreement are independent contractors with respect to each other, and nothing in this Agreement shall create any association, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the parties.
Does this mean they have exclusive rights to my footage for eternity, and can sell to other, within the ENTIRE UNIVERSE!? (fading echo)
