Oh boy, oh boy! Does this mean I can file a complaint against the police "safety campaign" sound trucks and blimps that exceed Japanese industrial safety levels for workplace noise?

Tokyo - A middle-aged Japanese housewife has been arrested for bombarding her neighbour around the clock for seven months with high-decibel sounds from a dozen radios and alarm clocks, police said on Wednesday.
Kayoko Deguchi, 47, who lives in the ancient city of Nara, was held on suspicion of assault and injury ....

That kind of behavior is easily answered by a bat to the head.

How the hell did this go on for seven months? At least in the US she could've gotten the psycho evicted in fairly short order.
