The gist seems to be: march out a goofy gaijin living in Japan, then play 20 questions to figure out what country they're from. Then perform an interview where the guest panel gets to expound on their knowledge of foreign cultures ("is it true that in your country France, nobody takes showers?"). Then they have the gaijin demonstrate their international cultural skills by, for example, trying to pull a fish tank along a counter using a single-ply roll of toilet paper.

Looks like they got one of the t.a.t.u. members to visit, but I missed all but the last minute of that part.
