It's a computer mom - Honest!

The latest in an occasional and seemingly distinctively Japanese trend--building PCs in life-sized humanoid cases. Maya is the kind of female warrior one might see in an RPG. Its creator, Katsuya Matsumura, is also responsible for a range of other wild and wonderful creations in the same vein.

Presently on display outside the DOS/V Paradise main store at 3-11-2 Soto-Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0021 (not sure until when).

Man, that's so awesome. I don't really like wild women, so maybe they'll come out with a schoolgirl model

The next step they need to do is mount the monitor on her stomach or something. . .have her breasts be speakers! "I just need to fiddle with this sound dial. . .it has to be perfect!!"

So much smut that can be said, and so little space, but here's a few more ...

(1) I wonder if it rejects floppys
(2) It will give new meaning to saying my computer just went down on me
(3) No doubt the warranty will be void if any unauthorised items are inserted into the case.

Too bad, Katsuya only made 2 models. Maya the one shown, or Ellen, shown below

It doesn't look in the least bit scary to me, just very very nerdy.
