Hello everyone,
The 11th Filmmarmalade party again yes we think so!
One of these usual international guerrilla shortfilm jams are happening again on March 7th, Sunday from 20:00 at the Pink Cow in Shibuya.
Independent shortfilms from directors living in and out of Tokyo.
Directors will be present in person, although most of them will be locked in cages, giving the viewers a chance to express criticism without the fear of being eaten as a countermeasure to the previous eatings that have been witnessed at filmmarmalade parties.
We are trying as always to come up with any annoying technical problems whenever possible, and so we are probably going to repeat our regular number of sound mysteriously disappearing as well. And as always we are most likely to blame our unsung hero, DJ Shane Berry for it who has absolutely nothing to do with it, which is something all of us know. Anyway, that's what makes filmmarmalade so sticky. Thanks all of you for bearing with us. We love you.
Submissions are welcome as always, and we would like to kindly request you to email us the details including Title, Director, Length, Genre, and Format (VHS NTSC, MiniDv NTSC, Pal MiniDv) . Max length for submissions is 15-20 minutes, depending on content. filmmarmalade@tokyo.com
And to avoid any technical problems, we have to start previewing the tapes and so we would need to get the films in advance. You can send them or take them to the Pink Cow by the 3rd of March. The address is:

Deadline for submissions is 3rd of March, 20:47.(they should be at the Pink Cow, then.). All disputes will be handled at the Shibuya Koban.
