Sorry I forgot to mention* to you why it was so necessary to obtain a JNTO Tokyo map for your Tokyo Tourist Tour. D'oh!

The Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography seems to found a niche in mega-OTAKU exhibits in recent years. They had the definative shows on the Thunderbirds, Gozilla, Atomu, retro game consoles, etc...the museum is established a rep as the best place for this in terms of world-class curatorship of J-pop culture.

* I'm "special' so I never think about having to pay money for public museums and such.

Yeah, the Level X show was really cool. I'm glad I got to see it. Sadly, this show will be gone before I'm back in town.
