Voices of a Distant Star

I saw this last week and though not an anime fan, it was rather good. I saw the DVD dubbed Eng. version. I liked the concept. Reminded me of battlestar Galactica type animation. I liked it. It was really short.. less than 30 minutes.
Any of you seen it? If so what did you think?
