THere are no mechnical specs that I can find..... so you'll have to settle on buying the jacket. Here's a close-up of the matching jacket.

Ok, I wasn't reading everything closely. There are no mechnical specs because they're "secret". According to the Japanese text....

The "STINGRAY" will be offered as a custom and built to consumer requests; it can be ordered with an engine 290-to-900cc. The exhibit is just a concept model built with the permision of AKIRA author and Kodansha publishers, Ltd. If someone want to ordered one, it will be officially the Kanada Motorcycle Co. "Stingray". The builder admits the Stingray is a bear to drive with its "rod-ended type twin steering system" in the telescopic fork makes rear steering is possible. In addition, the drive mechanism of 3-chain, 6 sprockets with variable sliding adjuster for the chains. Basically, everything had to be invented to make this thing work and Kanada Motorcycle Co. is still working on the patents so the details will be released later.

(Bottom line: Even the designer won't dare try ride the damn thing cause it's just for show.)
