Yahoo, Shogakukan supply manga comics online
atimes.com, Aug 26, 2004 / TOKYO -Yahoo Japan Corp and Shogakukan Inc will provide famous manga on-line ...the first time that a large publisher will supply manga via an Internet site, and the first time that Yahoo has joined forces with a major publisher.
The service will be a pay-for-read offering in which users will pay US$2.66 per manga.
This enables users to gain access to streaming views of the comic book stories for 80 days.
