What a 'tard! Anyone who questions the beauty of Chinese women doesn't know shit about Asia and shouldn't try to write about it.

Honestly, I couldn't tell a difference in this flatter versus round face???
And he compares their figures? I think this varies by the individual actress.. not by their nationality....

Laughable.

But..But...But, its on the internet....it has to be true..right?

I actually laughed out loud when I went to this site. So sad really. He most likely has never even been out of North Dakota. Oh well, work is never finished.

Japanese women are alot more better looking than Chinese women in my opinion. Dispite what people may think, Japanese and Chinese women are different in several ways. Throughout my website I shall explain the many physical differences and similarities of these two particular races, and also how they're movie and acting styles differ.

I'd say, most likely both. However does that negate his ignorance and negitive racial imagery? I can forgive stupidity, but blatant ignorance is something that has been the bain of Humanity through out history. I know there is a fine line between the two, but clearly, he knows that his views are based on rather weak assumptions. Just look at the home page. As a joke, or a way to show how dumb people can be, it is funny in a sad sort of way. But if he is actually serious, I pitty the people who have influenced his thinking. Some one needs to do thier jobs.

There are both Chinese and Japanese working at my company. Already knowing their individual nationality, I can see some minor differences.

But to be perfectly honest, even when I was told there were some Chinese staff when I first joined, I had no idea of who they were until they were pointed out to me. I had been living in Japan for about seven years at the time.

I am not surprised that I failed miserably on alllooksame.com also.

During trips to China and Korea, again I can see small differences, but if I did not know the nationality beforehand, I really would not know.

Then again, it's not something that I've really concerned myself with. Got better things to do with my time (like write posts on F*cked Gaijin)

I got 9 out of 18 so I'm better than average. Whoohoo! It is hard to tell from pictures but I think I can often tell when I see people in person. But that's usually because of things like style and body language. If you put everybody in the same outfit with the same haircut and had them stand still in a line I probably couldn't tell.

I remember when one new student started some of the girls (all of them Asian) in my class only knew his name and what he looked like. The way his name had been transliterated it could have been either a Chinese or Korean name. So they had a bet as to whether he was from Korea or Taiwan. The losers had to buy the others lunch. He was Taiwanese, BTW.

Heh, I wanna try out that all asians look-a-like test.
I really don't know the difference between Koreans and Chinese. I get hung up on that since most of the folks in my school is Korean or Chinese. They get so offended when you call them the wrong nationality, but "Give me a break" they do seem to look alike. Its not like I can tell who's Puerto Rican between a person who is from Peru anyways...

Man, I was watching "House of Flying Daggers" the other day and I don't think I've ever wanted to bang someone on screen more than her. I'm not sure why I want to bang her especially, either. There are plenty of hot actresses but it's something about the way she carries herself. I think I'll study Chinese so I can start stalking her.

I can almost always tell the various flavors or Asian people. If you see a person and wonder if they are Japanese, most likely they are not. When you stumble on a Japanese it just screams out at you.

Chinese have much rounder heads and features. If you can't tell a Thai a mile away it time to go back to school.

Koreans are generally more "elegant," as in High-Elves kind of elegance. (which is not the same as good-looking)

I do get thrown when Chinese girls dress Japanese, I spoke to a Gorgeous Japanese girl in Des Moines for about 2 minutes before her husband showed up and started speaking Mandarin.

That alllooksame.com test is skewed. There is a WW2 poster floating around the web that has a lot of points about how to tell a Japanese soldier from a Chinese.

Did you know towards the end of WW2 as America was rounding up the remaining Japanese troops the Americans had to re-arm the Japanese so they could protect themselves against the Chinese?

P.S. I put as much credence in the Chinese vs. Japanese as I do in the Southern Rebs hate Yankees so no need to flame me.

Zhang Ziyi isn't ugly. In fact she reminds me VERY lil of Faye Wong in a sense but I hear that Ziyi's acting needs more brushing up before she could be a real big star. Netherless, I want to see House of Flying Daggers. Looks better than Hero(seen it) and more interesting than Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Netherless....where the heck is this test at? I doubt I took it...

I got 8 - I'd agree with you on the above. I find its usually easier to tell whether someone is Japanese or not. Whether they are Korean or Chinese is beyond my level of Kung-fu...

Our friend says, when describing Japanese physical characteristics - wrote:To the left is Actress Chiaki Kuriyama. She's mad famous in Japan. She's acted in such hit movies like Battle Royale (2000) and Kill Bill (2003). As you may see in the picture Chiaki Kuriyami has very nice legs, as it is with most Japanese Actresses. That one of the many distinctive features. In my opinion I think japanese actresses have nice faces, even though she doesn't look nice, she looks sorta mean. I'll xplain more about my views and opinions the comparison page.

Cracks me up... :D

From the original Japanese vs Chinese actresses webpage:

Similarities: Japanese Chinese
Both have narrow eyes.
Both have a light beige skin color.
Both are naturaly born with dark black straight hair and dark black eyes.

This is the stupidest page I've seen in a while. Right up there with RealUltimatePower, which at least is funny.

It was more of a "Thanks for the help, commies, but now that the war is over, we're gonna kill you now" thing. They had been prodiving intel for the U.S. and rescuing downed airmen during the war.

In Truman's words, "It was perfectly clear to us that if we told the Japanese to lay down their arms immediately and march to the seaboard, the entire country would be taken over by the Communists. We therefore had to take the unusual step of using the enemy as a garrison until we could airlift Chinese National troops to South China and send Marines to guard seaports."

Quite a few American soldiers found it odd that they suddenly had their enemy join them to turn their guns on their former allies.

But to stay on topic, gosh Zhang is purdy.

going back to the idea "Its hard to tell...."

Postby Larmia » Mon Jan 10, 2005 2:18 pm

I think the best question about this.,..is not what' is the difference between Chinese and Japanese but...what is the difference between Chinese, Cambodians, Koreans,Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese.
I dunno what to say... I hate to use that sorta *racist* term by saying they "all look alike" but...I really can't tell the difference sometimes.

The communists were never allied with the Americans, and a lot of ordinance tagged for fighting the Japanese was redirected by Chiang Kai-Shek into his battles with Mao.

General Stilwell admired the tenacity of the Communists, but he died long before he could see what Mao would do to China.
