I heard a 10-57 which means "shots fired" from the sniper on this radio... amazing.

I spent a lot of time yesterday tuned to this channel, I would have posted a link if it was more interesting. All I heard for hours and hours was emergency workers hunting for other emergency workers.

Well, he can speak freely since
a) he doesn't have much to be mayor over for the next six months
b) what are the odds anyone would vote for him after this

But it was nice he talked about the previously unmentioned "don't forget about the murderous junkies" angle but then added "You know, I'm not one of those drug addicts. I am thinking very clearly."

I heard about a sniper, fighting at the Houston Dome... But yea the majority of police radio is just that boring... :)
