are you suggesting you need the biggest/most influential JP blogs, are are you saying that JP blogs are the most influential compared to other non-JP blogs?

Yeah, the lack of punctuation in the form of a question mark leaves that totally open.
I think he is trying to put across the idea that the japanese blogs are indeed, and without a shadow of a doubt, the most influential.

Anyone know any good North Korean blogs?

Ah the power of a typo: Period. Which are the biggest and most influential? I'm looking for the equivalent of Boing Boing or other blogs/sites that introduce weird and whacky Japanese webpages.
