inflatable pants and the help of earth gravity (that's what they do for F1 sims, to simulate lateral G you give roll in the proper direction, earth provide free 9.8m/s-1 acceleration, yeah that's only 1G lateral max... but somehow for sims it's better not to be able to break your neck)
