I think the japs don't realize well the economic boom happening in Vietnam these days... I'm not certain construction workers would see much interest in being enslaved in yakuza backed japanese construction/internment camps... There is not a lot of place in Vietnam that don't smell freshly poured concrete, heavy construction trucks are part of the landscape. In Nah Trang (not exactly a giant town) they build a new international airport to close the former one in the middle of the city in order to free place for more buildings... There's resorts and golf clubs popping up everywhere... And beside, they are not good at faking to be superbusy while doing jackshit... It more the opposite... Feels like nobody is working... Everyone on constant lunch/coffee break, while strangely things get done anyway... (Wouldn't rely too much on their postal service though)
