Sounds like the reason this became a case in the first place:

Last month, Murayama and the current president of Marks Japan were arrested for allegedly forcing a woman to perform as an actress in the same shoot against her will. According to the Asahi Shimbun (July 1), the former president was ordered to pay a fine of one million yen under a summary order by the Tokyo Summary Court earlier this month.

I read they were considering imposing a stiff sentence but following a penetrating appeal they softened up.
