Hi Everyone, long time lurker, first time posting! 
Heh, weird-arse game that...
To play it, you pick a ball first. The one on the left is lighter and the one on the right is heavier. One is easier to catch, one does more damage I think, etc...
You use the spacebar to catch the ball, and you have to raise your arms (by pressing the spacebar) when the ball is about fifteen to twenty metres away, right at the last second. If you keep getting smacked, do it earlier.
Once you catch the ball, look at the angle meter that appears on the right. Release the spacebar when it reaches horizontal.
Then you have to pound on the B and N keys to build up your strength meter. The guy will then throw the ball at the target.
Da! Da! Da!
