Smashing Mag
It is largely in Japanese but many of the "reviews" are photo galleries so its easy to navigate. again, They do also have an English section which is updated from time to time. I met one of the photographers at a gig and he says they are serious about wanting more English contributions
Sorry for not giving you enough reviews in English... as this site is basically run by Japanese writers and photographers, we have very few articles in English while quite a lot of photo reports. Why not giving us your review on gigs, albums or whatever you wanted to write about and people should know about? E-mail us.

That's an important and informed qualifier. Maybe we'd best to stick to passive viewing. of their site.
