One of the first surreal experiences I've had in this country was my first day working for Sumitomo. I came in the gate and was greeted by the sight of a bunch of 50 year old men on the roofs of the buildings exercising to that "Tiny Talent Time" ballerina music. From that point it was almost impossible for me not to laugh at them. :P

love that music! I listened to it, HAD to listen to it, while I was in pre-trial detention in Tokyo Detention House for 41 days. Kept me fit, yeh, came on every day around 3 pm in the jail cell I shared with a toilet bowl. thanks for the memories.

yeah -- if you're interested in EXERCISE MUSIC.....for gym music or music for fitness in general, I recommend European dance music.......

it's always the best motivational tool for me...
