Did anybody else catch K-1 this weekend? Hari knocked Bonjasky down, kept hitting him while he was down, and then stomped on his head when the ref tried to intervene. A lot of people say Bonjasky was acting and they're probably right but Hari did deserve the DQ. The ref changing his decision from point deduction to DQ is kind of shady though. Anyway, if Bonjasky was faking, he faked his way to another championship belt.

I watched it from some rat infested slum bar down at Six Trees. Hari is a psycho punk with a mouth that needs frequent slapping (just ask peter graham). Remy is without a doubt the biggest fag in the K1 apart from masashi. The ref is the worst ref in ANY SPORT IN ANY COUNTRY who has time and time again had fights spin out of control and left the paying punters confused as to what the fuck his decisions are based on. Oh, and just when I thought the k1 was crawling its way back from the depths it sank to (i.e. Akebono, Sapp, and all that shit) we get this. Probly staged. It looks more and more like pro wressling every day. Petas cant get fights 'cause he left Kyokushin. its one big fucking circus.

I thought K-1 might be making a comeback too, but it's still shit and will probably eventually go out of business. It looks like Japan's days as THE place for kick boxers and MMA fighters are gone for good.

Having met Peter Graham while he was here in Tokyo, I can confirm that.

Badr Hari has to be the biggest mug in K-1, and his disqualification was thoroughly deserved. What pisses me off, is that the fans were robbed of a decent fight. All the cute girl commentators who had NOTHING TO DO with K1 (WTF was that all about BTW?) were all crying their eyes out at the end.
