American Pitcher Fails Japan Drug Test

TOKYO -An American pitcher has become the first player to fail a drug test in Japanese baseball history.

He failed a drug test, but it doesnt mean he was doping, thus the short punishment because he had been taking the stuff for two years. His club was fined because they should have told him.
