Samurai Blues

Japan's World Cup squad assembled in Yoyogi yesterday ahead of their departure for South Africa (Video here on Samura Blue TV). The team's recent results have been uninspiring which means expectations are rock bottom for the tournament. This would have dampened interest at the best of times but a steady media diet of news about the high crime rate in the host country appears also to be deterring supporters from travelling in large numbers to see their team.

Could it be that the media is finally figuring it out? Could they now be realizing that "Samurai Blue" is going to get issued an ass kicking of truly epic proportions and this way they will not have to report it with the normal hype? Of course they will blame the lack of supporting fans which will have discouraged the team and obviously led to the on pitch sodomy to which they will have been subjected....

They are CHONIN Blues.
