There isn't a need to compare whether racism is worse here or back home, I think. We have to stand up to it everywhere.

One question, if you cure the locals of the racism you perceive, are we going to lose all the benefits to being gaijin as well? On balance, I found my gaijin status to be quite an advantage in the important things in life (as opposed to unimportant stuff like jobs and house buying and borrowing money).

and we dont know how to treat alien who have different features.

I got an email from Debito from another address. Seems as though following the latest court decision (of the many) against 2-Channel, someone attacked his web site and bombarded it in to submission. He is currently off line trying to get a fix on it.
