Looks like she's going to the same tailor as Razor Ramon...

But the outfits are sexier on him.

Speaking of Razor Ramone Haado-Gei-san, my ex-national Japanese friend doesn't believe he really exists. Anyone have any funny clips?

Also, I'm sure no one would mind more pictures of our new head officer!
Why do the Japanese always have to have a favorite saying?

HG was on the other night as some cop detecting RF emitting devices in some neighborhood. Pretty funny shit. Does anyone have a clip or pictures from that? He would be such a good mascot for this.

Still building on the momentum from her appearance in the Random Nihonjin thread, Kaori Manabe has now also been asked to head a new blog promotion committee aimed at increasing the number of people who write blogs on the Internet, according to the Mainichi
She will play the role of a lecturer on a special site set up for the committee, explaining how blogs work. When asked if her glasses were designed to attract "moe" fans in the otaku market, Manabe said, "I'm really an Akiba (Akihabara) type. I like them (glasses) and they're an item that enables me to pull myself together."

TeamXbox: Microsoft Japan Brings Actress Aboard to Promote Kameo
Last Thursday, Microsoft Japan held a promotional press conference with actress Kaori Manabe to promote Kameo: Elements of Power for the Xbox 360. The event took place at a local Toho movie theatre complex in Tokyo's trendy Roppongi Hills district for the press, and showcased game play utilizing the venue's big-screen and 5.1 surround sound system. Manabe, a Japanese celebrity and TV actress took part in a small contest in front of attending press to see how many monsters she could defeat in 90 seconds. She ended up defeating a total of 22. "It's fun and I can't stop playing," the 24-year old actress said. According to a report from the Mainichi Daily News, a video game news reporter in attendance quizzed Manabe about the main heroine's ability to transform into ten different warriors. "There must be times when you turn into a monster too," queried the reporter. "I'm a fairy," Manabe replied.
