A request from a longtime lapsed FG.

I've found a very old video file from my time in toyko (2002-2004). I believe it's a J-phone video of my baby daughter giggling. I'm sure the quality is really shoddy, but I'd still love to be able to play it.

Is anyone here able to help me convert a *.NOA file to something more conventional?

Welcome back the fucked fold ramchop-san!

That nasty .NOA file format was supported by Motorola's phones back-in-the-day. I have no way of trying it right right now, but the current Videora video converters for the Motorola's Razr or cliq might still support the conversion of .NOA files.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Taro, it looks like motorola have ditched the *.noa from their list
BIJ, I couldn't get taht program to do anything. Hitting the button you suggested only changed the "wmv" field in your example to the "noa" I had in the left field.

The file is only 14KB. If anyone wants to have a crack at it PM me and I can send it to you.

If the file is only 14KB, I wouldn't think that it has much information in it let alone a video file.

Send it to me RC, I'll try it on some Mac junk.

This is a 10 year old file, on a phone that was far from top of the line at the time,. The photos (jpg) are only 4KB, and they're viewable. As long as you keep it postage stamp size it looks OK.

Changing to *.mov didn't work.
