Best time to go back and look for a job

If you can speak it (or even if you can't) you can teach in Japan!

Best time to go back and look for a job

Postby wangta » Sun Jun 29, 2014 8:29 pm

Despite having some rotten experiences at my last Engrish job in bumfuck Japan, I'd like to work again in Japan but in a different place and at a different kind of institute. Teaching the noticeably more spoilt children of now than when I first worked in Japan aint on my agenda.

Can anybody tell me of the best time to come to Japan to see employers in person? I'd come for a holiday but would make good use of it to research schools and let employers see me. I don't even know if we can do visa runs anymore for Engrish teaching jobs - I'd be prepared to do it if I found a suitable employer because there are far fewer Engrish jobs recruiting people from overseas these days.
