Well, that counts me out. Can I sue for age discrimination? Oh, I forgot, this is Japan where companies in financial trouble are asking "older" employees over 40 to take early retirement.

It's not about being too old, your "Japanese age" is actually the age that polite Japanese girls purposefully underestimate your age in order to be polite when you ask them to guess how old you are.

For use on gaijin chicks new to Japan: that might work.
For use on gaijin chicks who have been here awhile, the second part needs to be changed to "you will never been assimilated".
For use on J-chicks, the second part needs the past tense and an offer to "disassimilate" her.
