Calling all ethnic musicians and ethnic dancers!

We are looking 9 or more ethnic musicians and ethnic dancers, to be cast in a presentation video for a worldwide telecom company. You must submit photos in your ethnic style clothing and own your own instrument for this casting. *By ethnic we mean people who play traditional instruments, e.g. Kokû (China) Didjeridu (Australia) Gamelan instruments (Indonesia) Bagpipes (Scotland) Balalaika (Russia)

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION: Monday August 9, 9.00 AM
Photo Selection, Audition & Shooting Dates

* Application selection: SEND AT LEAST 2 PHOTOS IN YOUR ETHNIC CLOTHING! No photo means no chance of selection! If you have Youtube, MP4 video footage of you performing this would GREATLY increase your chances of selection. (See the "How to apply for Casting Opportunities" section and download the appropriate forms.)
* Audition - TBC: August 13 (Friday). HOWEVER if you have Youtube, MP4 video footage you may not need to come to audition. Held in a central Tokyo location.
* Shooting - TBA: August 22 (Sunday) or August 23 (Monday). Planned for 4 hours. Location TBA.

You have to make yourself available for both audition AND shooting
Guarantee & Expenses

* \30,000 after tax (4 hour shoot planned)
* Transportation will not be paid

Ethnic musicians and dancers: Requirements/Additional Info

* Any gender, race, religion welcome.
* Ideally look between 20-40, however we will accept applicants below/above this age range
* If musician, must be able to play your musical instrument, MUST also posses or be able to obtain this instrument before August 13
* MUST posses and submit photos in your ethnic style clothing. No ethnic clothing photo means no chance of selection.
* Please state nationality, and TV CM experience, especially for telecommunications companies on application form

Restrictions / Notifications

* You must have a valid visa
* Your performance will be recorded and used for the whole project
* Photos are very important. We need at least two photos. Recent photos please!
* There are no restrictions for this project
