Was recommended to me by a friend. As an employer is seems to be a very cost effective service for recruiting. I have posted a job to see if I get some good applicants. Am guessing it really depends on the traffic it gets.

For Job seekers it is free and there are jobs in Japanese and in English so check both sites if you have good J-skills. The ones on the English site will say how much Japanese is required.

This is just new so I am guessing it is still seeding and building traffic. Just thought I would share.

Seems they have a widget for hosting on your own site too for income generation.

Seems to be a new venture from The Plant. These guys have made some cool things in the past and seem to really have clean coding. Asoboo is kinda cool.
