We are currently looking for technical staff to fulfill a position within our Japanese partner's company. You will be working with another foreigner, but most of the interaction will be in Japanese. That being said, the criteria are as follows:
1) Native Japanese Speaker + reading
2) Conversational English or better
3) Some knowledge of computers (more the better)
4) Able to handle pressure and good analytical skills
Mainly your job would be to handle the support hotline regarding our software (ASP service), talk to customers and try to walk them through any issues that they might be having. Also, creation of customer accounts and maintenance of those accounts in the backoffice is also required, but do not worry, we will train you in our software before letting you come near our server!
Initial contract period for 6 months on a trial basis and extension up to 1 year afterward, depending on conditions and performance.
Base pay is 300,000 yen per month, health insurance and travel costs covered by us.
