Interpreter needed for Thursday, 1 March

Legitimate!

Needing to take an interpreter with me to a meeting in Ariyake on Thursday, 15.00 for what could end up in a Lucy Liu style showdown (figurately anyway). Will pay 10.000 yen per hour, including /premeeting briefing/transport time and costs.

No more than 90 minutes. It's with the big boss, who does the typical Japan boss thing...he stops at exactly one hour, even if issues are still open.

ok, so none of you are gonna give me a real answer. can anyone point me into the direction of someone who would know of an agency that i can get one from?

Time might be kinda short, but you can go to the Honyaku Home Page and post your job there and see if you can score an interpreter from the folks that monitor the Honyaku message board. I think most interpreters will require a 4 hour minimum. Good luck.

I don't think Choko was able to get out of the office, but I did find someone who was very good, and was even translating the whispering between them (which annoyed the hell out of them and made me very happy)

Should anyone need one, let me know and I'll provide details.
