Every post you make I think less of you. Have you never heard of Google? A 2 second search for: osaka lawyer list turns up multiple sites, some independent and some from consulates and embassies.

The reason why people ask questions on a FORUM is because they want advice from people who have already been there done that. Why the fuck would I peruse 20 sites when I can get a great single answer from someone who may already live in Osaka?

Not to mention there are organizations NOT listed online. Sometimes flyers and pamphlets are handed out at apts/mansions for the local community that never reach the online community.
