Do you guys know the status / legal authority of the clowns moms that flag the traffic for crossing schoolchildrens in the morning ?

Because while the road and traffic law clearly state that it is illegal to obstruct the crossing of young children (making these flagged clowns redundant). We got one that seems to take great pleasure to block the traffic at every red light even when the kids are still far from the edge of the road preventing access to a small side road and therefore blocking traffic on a main busy road (*). I seem to remember that voluntarily disruption of the traffic is also illegal but if these clowns have even half of an official mandate (from the police I mean, not from there mom or the school director as those have no legal authority on public roads) any complaint to the popo would fly out of the window...

(squeezed behind it this morning... as there was flag... but no kids anywhere at reach of the roadside...)

The older I get the less I seems to be able to cope with self granted authority... wuz never my forte any way...

(*) we also got one other at the same corner that proudly stand in front of the stopped -by the redlight- cars instead of protecting the other side of the road from cars turning in... I suspect excessive amount of lead or mercury in the tap water of this part of town...

LOL, reminds me of a FG I know in Tochigi had his kids snatched from him and was surrounded by police...as he was simply picking the runts up from school. Apparently the eagle eyed moms playing crossing guard didn't recognize him (usually mom picks the kids up) and went on full barbarian kid snatcher alert. Obviously mixed kids dragged out of the car (while crying "but my candy is still in there!") while the FG (a rather large fellow) prepared to do battle with the cops. Luckily the popos questioning the kids were able to call off the "rescue" mission before anyone was injured. Of course this was followed by alot of bowing and apologies....except from the "concerned parents" that originally called the cops. They still thought the FG looked "dangerous."

That's one of those local government/school things, that legal or not, nobody could do anything about. Running over him/her comes to mind. You could then start painting pictures of crossing flags on the side of your car for each one you nail, which should really get their attention when they see you coming.....

Without posting pictures, imagine a dark skinned man, black hair, bushy mustache, and brown eyes....carrying a whiter than white kid with blonde hair and blue eyes. I've only heard a few stories but my dad must have had a fun time with strangers. Lucky for him, my brother came out much darker, darker hair, etc.

my dad is the same minus the mustache... me and my brother both look like white boys... dad had a few issues, but when you get some wetback getting ready to kick your face in and two little kids screaming, "kick their ass dad!" it stops a lot of people from pulling the child abduction card...

Ya, but the above story would have been much more dirty if you got the wrong dad in that situation... if someone grabbed my kids out the car i would go ape shit... especially with them up-skirt photographer pigs they have here in this cuntry.

No doubt! If anyone tried to physically intervene when I was being a dutiful parent I'd make sure said person(s) would have great trouble walking under their own power for the foreseeable future. FFS, now we gotta start locking the car doors the second the kid gets into the car after school, to protect from the PTA hags.

This FG was indeed ready to throw down but keep in mind had the kids going in one direction and the cops surrounding him and trying to arrest him on the other side of the car. I probably would have charged towards my kids if I were him but from what he said, it happened so fast, it took him a moment to react and by then, the popo's had already realized their mistake. His Japanese isn't the best but I'm sure they understood his anger. Knowing him, I'm surprised he didn't begin the ass kicking there but with the kids watching, it's probably best he didn't.

Forget that, back to the Tochigi Runt Removal topic, I could see the police thing in that case. They're legitimately responding to a report of a hairy barbarian abducting kids. A legit response. If I were the dude, I would have done right by the police when it was sorted out, like appropriate arigato's and gokarosamas, etc.

Then when dutifully rid of them, return to the scene of the crime and begin the mass maiming and mutilation of assorted teachers, nosey parents, the bus driver and gardner as necessary, for starting the whole fucking show in the first place.....
