Called a pro... couldn't get that thing open, and turns out I needed an extra part anyway. Kinda pricey, but it took him over 30 minutes, and would've taken me way longer + a trip to the store. Me and my ass are happy.

Both...

actually I'm dead serious, I got 2 loo shutoff valve stuck for 15 years... Even rubber hammer was not moving anything... spread WD40 twice, waited 1 day and... tada... can open them easily
