Car loan without permanent residence?

It's one of those odd areas (like when dealing with FG) when all the normal manners, reason, and laws seem to get brushed aside for a selfish act. Even in front of police....definitely more important to check bicycle serial numbers than cite the fucker, smoking in his child-filled car while waiting for his laundry, who has just flicked the cigarette out the window on top of the smoking sign in the street. Not even a tooth suck was given but I did get a "naaaaaani?" when I shook my head as I walked by.

I would pass on a smoke stinky truck too.........and I smoke in the truck. A lot of Japanese close the windows to smoke and that rancid odour doesn't really ever go away.
The amount of smoking around infants and kids here, esp. in closed vehicles, has really freaked me out again. Aaaah, the little things one forgets.

It takes travel away from Japan (and other parts of East Asia) to find to your surprise and delight that your fellow man's sweat does not necessarily smell of tobacco.

I've gagged on more than a few occasions having to inspect (and heat up) some of my companies products. Opening the box is enough...

Bikers smoking, who would have thunk? I dunno what's worse, the fact that they don't wash the garments before sending them in for inspection or the idea that they're ok smelling like that in the first place. (though yes, I realize they eventually they lose the ability to smell it....or smell/taste much of anything after much time smoking)
