Not so sure aboot that... French import cheeze are ugly expensive, but anything from kraft or made in Hokkaido (some camember being quite not-so-bad for stuff you can keep years in the fridge without evolving it's own civilisation btw) are far from expensive... 298 yens for a camember... no reason to sell the Benz for that...

Costco sells 1kg blocks of cheese for ~700yen as well. Not the best cheese in the world I'm sure but far better than most of the stuff sold for way more in Japanese supermarkets...

There used to be a TacoTime in Minami Senju, which then became Poca Taco a couple of years ago (and improved, in my opinion. They went back to Tex/Mex basics instead of just selling McDonalds in a taco shell like TT had done). Unfortunately, they closed last year and were replaced by a Mister Donut.

Anyway, I could care less about Wendy's now that Burger King is back.
I have a blog. Last update: August 18, 2013.

I am just wondering how a Jack in the Box would do over here? You can get your mexican Food, burgers, breakfast...all 24/7. I think that these would be great in the party districts like Roppongi and the sort. I know that I would eat there and the locals would like to try it out. Nothing like Crack in the Box!!!!

I can't tell you how many times a Jumbo Jack topped off with three tacos has saved me from a serious hang over.

Give "Jack" credit, it actually took him a "minute" to figure out that you might not be referring to "real Mexican food". He was "sure" for a "minute", hence he felt the urge to mash his stubby fingers on the "keyboard".

The main reason why I wish ill to all English people and I hate them with so much passion is that they equate fluency in English language with smarts.

That's why so many losers feel superior in Japan because they are the only ones speaking English and they feel smarter than the rest.

They find common ground in this shit forum and tap each other in the back even though the cummulative IQ here is less than my golf score.

Jack only speaks the bastardized Google Translate version of French: Quebecois. I'm sure it sounds like nails on a chalkboard to anyone from France.

I don't equate English fluency with smarts, Jack, and you're a perfect example why: Your English is pretty good but you're a complete fucking moron.

If you'd actually bothered to read the thread you would've seen that the discussion in question was about cheese for use in cheap-ass fast-food style tacos. There very well may be over 12,000 types of cheese (though I find that number rather high -- have a source?) but it tends to be fairly basic types that end up in the sort of food being discussed. Costco sells Monterey Jack and several types of Cheddar, any of which (or a blend of which) work fine for tacos.
