estate planning in Japan

I am looking for some suggestions for an estate planning attorney. We have a situation that is kinda complicated with Mrs. Bucky here in the US and her older sister in Japan. The parents are gone and older sister is doing some estate planning. One of the complications is that the sisters jointly own the the property where older sister lives in Setagaya ku.

So we are looking for someone in Tokyo to represent me and Mrs. Bucky. It should be someone who has estate experience coupled with immigration experience as Mrs. Bucky as dual citizenship (US & JPN) [Shhhhhh].

Any suggestions?
