Anyone have any experience with Sony Bank?
One of their reps offered to take over my J-house loan from another bank while offering me a lower interest rate plus cash-back on signing.
The reason he gave for the better deal is that they are not a brick & mortar shop, hence they have a lower overhead.
Thoughts?
